Bloody Hell

What a headache. Here I am,in the dead of the night trying to do my homework given by Nick,my new teacher at British Council. I am used to having Andrew as my teacher and thus felt a little strange to find out that he had immigrated to Australia and married =) Andrew had always tried to help me improve my oral skills and I am glad to say,he has succeeded quite a little. Thanks,Andrew. Nick is kind of hard to understand for he seems to like sudden actions or sounds. He is also kind of weird to me. For example, 2 pieces of work seems equally good to me. But to Nick, he might say one is extremely good and another, 'bullshit'. I had my first lesson with him today and received a piece of homework that is making my head ache. His instructions was,'find a saying and write a short paragraph,explaining whether you think it has any basis in fact'. Sob. =( CAn someone please help me? I am really at my wits here.
